Where you just need us to apply for the Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration 

whilst you deal with gathering and 

distributing the estate yourself 

We can also assist where there is no requirement for a Grant of Probate or 

Letters of Administration and you just want us to collect the assets and deal with distribution 

We can take the strain of administering the estate for you by applying for the Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration, deal with HMRC, collecting and selling the assets and making final distributions to beneficiaries.
